Houston-area service includes Cypress, Katy, Spring, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Pearland. These are service areas, not additional offices. Each project’s jurisdiction and scope are reviewed individually.
Can I start without drawings?
Yes. Tell us what you are planning and where you are in the process. We can review the available records and define what documentation your project needs.
Do you provide stamped plans?
True North coordinates complete plan packages. When professional seals are required, the appropriate licensed professionals prepare and seal the work for which they are responsible. The agreed scope and applicable jurisdiction determine the disciplines and deliverables.
Do you offer construction services?
Yes, through our construction partners. We provide design, stamped plans, and permitting for those projects. Construction services must be expressly included in the agreed scope.
How are fees and timing determined?
Your proposal reflects the project scope, required plans, professional disciplines, authorities, and included review cycles. Timing also depends on customer decisions and agency review. We do not promise a universal approval date.
Can I speak with someone in Spanish?
Yes. Assistance is available in English and Spanish. Atendemos en inglés y español.
