Multi-Site and Portfolio Project Support

Repeated work needs consistent records and site-specific decisions. True North coordinates multi-location programs, property improvements and recurring document or permit assignments.

For owners, project teams and delivery partners nationwide. The written scope identifies True North’s work, the responsible professionals and any separately contracted construction.

What the scope can include

Select the work and handoff your project needs. The agreement identifies the included deliverables and responsibilities.

  • A controlled common starting point

Develop authorized detail libraries, prototype updates and document standards for recurring work. Record what can repeat and what needs a local or property-specific decision.

  • Property-by-property delivery

Coordinate surveys, accessibility improvements, equipment replacements, franchise updates and post-occupancy changes. Track access, owners, technical scope and approvals for each location.

  • Program visibility and records

Maintain location-based action and approval registers, current documents and handoff status. A portfolio summary never substitutes for the individual site’s unresolved requirements.

Prepare for the assignment

You can start with incomplete records. Tell us what is available and what still needs to be established.

  • Information to bring

Property list, program standards, prototype documents, intended work, local contacts, existing approvals and reporting requirements.

  • The agreed handoff

A program-level register connected to controlled site packages and clearly assigned decisions.

Decisions, fees and timing

Scope and dependencies determine the proposal. No universal price or approval date is assumed.

  1. Confirm the basis and responsibility

Review the available records, intended endpoint and authority to use the information. Assign missing inputs, technical decisions and the parties who can authorize changes.

  2. Coordinate and review the work

Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.

  3. Account for project-specific dependencies

Assignment size, source-data quality, file standards, review cycles and changes to the authorized technical direction.

  4. Deliver the defined milestone

Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Common questions

Does one approved prototype authorize all locations?

No. Each property’s conditions and applicable approvals need to be addressed, even when the starting design is shared.

How is overflow or repeat work scoped?

Agree the specific deliverables, source information, review authority, file formats and handoff milestone. New technical design, field investigation or additional submissions are identified as changes when outside that agreement.
