Identify private residential, community, hospitality or other aquatic use. Define the pool/spa, intended users and retained equipment so the technical and review scope follows the actual facility.
Connect aquatic and site design
Coordinate pool geometry, structure, circulation, treatment, electrical work, drainage, barriers and accessible features where applicable. Ground conditions and nearby structures need the appropriate review.
Pool houses and supporting improvements
Define changing rooms, bathrooms, storage, kitchens or occupied rooms and their utilities. Coordinate decks, shade structures and equipment areas with building and aquatic submissions.

Yes. Coordinating them early helps resolve layout and utility conflicts, while the applicable permits and technical packages remain separately identified.
Does a pool renovation cover all existing equipment?
The scope states what is retained, inspected, modified or replaced. Existing components need relevant specialist review before the revised design relies on them.
