Water service and infrastructure
Coordinate capacity information, service routing, meters, backflow interfaces, fire-water demands and extensions. Utility-owner acceptance and the building’s plumbing or fire design must be reconciled.
Wastewater and discharge
Organize sewer availability, connection locations, lift or pumping needs and applicable private treatment interfaces. Separate a recorded line location from confirmed capacity, connection rights and accepted design.
Gas, electrical and shared corridors
Coordinate service layouts, easements, clearances, equipment locations, crossings and relocation needs. Track owner standards and provider work separately from the project’s privately contracted installation.

Capacity confirmation, extensions, off-site rights, utility relocation, equipment lead times and provider scheduling.

Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

No. Obtain the relevant owner’s confirmation of the connection, capacity and conditions for the proposed demand. Mapping remains useful background.
Who constructs the service connection?
The agreement and utility requirements identify provider work, private contractor work and inspection responsibilities. We coordinate those boundaries in the document package.
