Only if the required work and responsible parties are explicitly included. Identify connected structural, civil and building-system needs rather than assuming they are covered.
How is overflow or repeat work scoped?
Agree the specific deliverables, source information, review authority, file formats and handoff milestone. New technical design, field investigation or additional submissions are identified as changes when outside that agreement.
