Define interbuilding endpoints, operator requirements, capacity and resilience objectives. Coordinate facility managers, security and owners around the actual contracting and approval structure.
Private corridors and utility interfaces
Compare available pathways, easements, roads, landscaping, utility conflicts and concurrent capital work. Include building approaches and maintenance access in the route scope.
Occupied-site sequencing
Coordinate shutdown or cutover decisions, temporary routes, work zones and access with the operator and contractors. Technical continuity and rollback criteria belong to the authorized operating team.
Connected campus records
Deliver coordinated route/building documentation and consistent asset identifiers. Capture changes and unresolved conditions for the owner’s maintenance and future expansion use.

Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.
Account for project-specific dependencies
Campus scale, security, concurrent capital works and diverse-route needs. The proposal separates professional work, outside charges and review dependencies.
Deliver the defined milestone
Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Who controls each private corridor?
Establish the owner and controlling agreements for each property or corridor, including leased or shared areas. Campus branding alone does not establish a single permission boundary.
How can occupied buildings remain connected during phasing?
Develop the sequence with the operator, responsible designers and contractors using actual service dependencies and approved cutover/contingency arrangements.
