Document operator-approved outages, bypasses, endpoints and rollback requirements. Qualified network specialists evaluate changed losses, connectivity and service impacts.
Track damaged facilities, utility conflicts, pole transfers, work windows and construction restrictions. Emergency coordination does not imply a guaranteed response service or blanket exemption from approvals.

The authorized operator and relevant owners approve operational changes, with responsible technical review and applicable permissions. Coordination does not grant authority to interrupt service.
Document the temporary condition and its authorization, then track permanent design, approval, testing and record requirements to the agreed completion milestone.
