  Plan exam, treatment, boarding, grooming, holding and support spaces around the actual operation. Address ventilation, drainage, sanitation, noise and site interfaces through the relevant technical scope.

Decisions, fees and timing

Scope and dependencies determine the proposal. No universal price or approval date is assumed.

1. Confirm the basis and responsibility

   Review the available records, intended endpoint and authority to use the information. Assign missing inputs, technical decisions and the parties who can authorize changes.

2. Coordinate and review the work

   Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.

3. Account for project-specific dependencies

   Type of procedures, equipment, specialized ventilation or plumbing, facility criteria and overlapping design and operational reviews.

4. Deliver the defined milestone

   Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Define beauty and wellness operations

The service menu and equipment determine the questions to resolve. A salon suite, med spa or wellness label alone does not establish medical classification, licensing or building-system needs.

• Salon suites and nail salons

  Map individual operators, stations, products, sinks and shared support spaces. Nail-salon work needs the mechanical specialist’s assessment of product-related exhaust and outside-air interfaces; separate suites also need coordinated plumbing, power and accessible circulation. Provide product and equipment information, landlord criteria and the actual licensing arrangement for the layout and approval scope.

• Med spas, float spas and cold-plunge facilities

  For a med spa, describe actual procedures, clinical supervision and equipment so the responsible healthcare and licensing parties establish their requirements. Float spas and cold-plunge facilities need water-use, treatment, drainage, temperature, humidity and user-access information. Qualified aquatic, mechanical and plumbing specialists coordinate the relevant scope; verify health and building classifications with the applicable authority before assuming an ordinary salon review.

Clinical, veterinary and residential-care interfaces

An ordinary office plan does not describe treatment, imaging, animal care or assisted living. Start with procedures, user needs, staffing and equipment, then assign specialist decisions and operating approvals.

• Dental-office plans and medical build-outs

  Coordinate treatment rooms, accessible circulation, equipment clearances, sterilization or support functions and the clinical team’s clean/dirty workflow. Dental equipment can introduce suction, compressed air, water and drainage interfaces. Medical-gas plans and imaging shielding plans are separate specialist scopes based on actual equipment and procedures; coordinate the qualified designer’s documentation and required testing or review instead of assuming they come with an office package.

• Veterinary clinics and assisted-living coordination

  A veterinary clinic needs its species, treatment, boarding, sanitation, waste, isolation and noise conditions documented. Assisted living needs the care model, sleeping arrangements, mobility assistance and operator’s licensing criteria established. Supply room programs, equipment schedules and regulator correspondence so the responsible clinical/care specialists and design team can coordinate building systems, life safety and a distinct operating-approval path.
