The project-review form requests your name, preferred contact method, corresponding email or phone, project location or property-not-selected choice, project category, short description, and current stage. Please do not submit financial details, identification documents, or sensitive project files.

We use your inquiry to understand the request, contact you, and coordinate follow-up. ClickUp stores the lead record, private Vercel Blob storage supports submission and notification recovery, and Resend notifies Felipe Quintana and Carlos Chacin at their company mailboxes. A receipt confirms that your inquiry was saved; it is not an appointment, proposal, or service agreement. Staff notification delivery is a separate step.

Carlos Chacin and Felipe Quintana are the designated staff contacts. Vercel hosts the website, ClickUp stores lead details, private Vercel Blob storage retains references and details needed to recover submissions and notifications, and Resend delivers staff notifications through the company notification subdomain. Company mailboxes use Google Workspace. Encrypted recovery backups are kept in private GitHub storage. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized staff and necessary service providers. No public inquiry dashboard or client-file upload is available here.

This website does not include advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party marketing analytics. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or promotional text campaign. Essential server operations may process basic connection information; do not include sensitive details in page URLs.

We retain inquiry information to handle your request and maintain relevant business records. Live inquiry retention is reviewed manually. Encrypted daily recovery backups expire after 14 days; other copies do not have an automatic deletion schedule. Private exports, notification emails and provider records require separate review, and deleting one copy does not remove the others. Project records may need to be kept for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
