Fiber Project Support for Network Owners
Connect the network objective with the physical route, approvals and operating records. True North supports owners and service providers through defined fiber planning, documentation and delivery assignments.
For owners, project teams and delivery partners nationwide. The written scope identifies True North’s work, the responsible professionals and any separately contracted construction.
Request a project reviewWhat the scope can include
Select the work and handoff your project needs. The agreement identifies the included deliverables and responsibilities.
Carrier and access networks
Coordinate physical-infrastructure work for residential/business providers, incumbent and competitive carriers, cable operators, wholesale transport, dark-fiber and open-access networks.
Public, cooperative and enterprise models
Support municipal and cooperative programs, fixed-wireless backhaul, mobile and neutral-host systems, private enterprise networks, carrier hotels and landing-site interfaces. The actual owner and applicant roles control the work.
Owner-defined technical and handoff criteria
Identify service endpoints, capacity, resilience, equipment requirements and record formats. Operator approval, optical design, activation and contractual acceptance remain assigned to their responsible parties.
Prepare for the assignment
You can start with incomplete records. Tell us what is available and what still needs to be established.
Information to bring
Network objectives and endpoints, owner standards, capacity and continuity requirements, route/asset records and the desired contractual milestone.
The agreed handoff
A coordinated fiber scope, owner/interface register and the agreed route, permit or handoff package.
Decisions, fees and timing
Scope and dependencies determine the proposal. No universal price or approval date is assumed.
Confirm the basis and responsibility
Review the available records, intended endpoint and authority to use the information. Assign missing inputs, technical decisions and the parties who can authorize changes.
Coordinate and review the work
Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.
Account for project-specific dependencies
Assignment size, source-data quality, file standards, review cycles and changes to the authorized technical direction.
Deliver the defined milestone
Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Common questions
Can the engagement end before construction?
Yes. Define whether the assignment ends at feasibility, drawings, approvals, construction support, testing coordination or final records.
How is overflow or repeat work scoped?
Agree the specific deliverables, source information, review authority, file formats and handoff milestone. New technical design, field investigation or additional submissions are identified as changes when outside that agreement.
