Select the work and handoff your project needs. The agreement identifies the included deliverables and responsibilities.
Service and distribution
Collect loads, existing service data, panel and feeder information and utility requirements. Coordinate distribution, metering and equipment access with the site and building layout.
Lighting and equipment power
Coordinate interior, exterior and emergency-lighting requirements, controls and equipment connections. Align manufacturer inputs and circuiting with mechanical, plumbing, fire and communications systems.
Backup power and energy projects
Organize generator, transfer, storage, solar and vehicle-charging interfaces where included. Technical design, utility interconnection, fire review and installation responsibilities remain explicitly assigned.

Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.
Account for project-specific dependencies
Existing capacity, service upgrades, equipment and interconnection lead times, new loads, continuity requirements and technical revisions.
Deliver the defined milestone
Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Does unused panel space mean there is capacity?
Physical space alone does not establish available electrical capacity. The responsible professional evaluates the actual loads, equipment and service information.
Can backup power be added as an isolated equipment purchase?
It needs a coordinated installation scope, including transfer arrangements, fuel or energy storage, ventilation, structural and fire interfaces as applicable.
