Revisions and field observations
Coordinate design changes, site observation records and conflicts between drawings and field conditions. Distinguish documented observations from continuous inspection or a guarantee of concealed work.
Occupied buildings and phased work
Track temporary arrangements, work areas, access, owner operations and required approvals. Connect phasing decisions with fire/life-safety, utilities and contractor planning rather than treating a schedule as technical authorization.

Can a contractor’s field change be added to drawings afterward?
Document it promptly and obtain the responsible professional’s review and applicable authorization. Recording a change does not automatically accept its design or permitting status.
Does this service include construction supervision?
Only specifically contracted services are included. Contractor supervision, means and methods, safety and continuous inspection are not implied by document coordination.
