We handle the contracted design, documentation, permitting, and handoff work. You provide information, access, decisions, authorizations, and agreed payments. Required regulated work remains under appropriately licensed professional responsibility. Authorities make review decisions; contractors remain responsible for construction execution and their contractual obligations.
What construction-ready means
For the included scope, the controlling package has reached its contracted drawing, professional-review, approval, and permit milestones. It does not mean construction is complete or that all inspections, specialty permits, or occupancy approvals have occurred.
