Entrance and demarcation
Define the service endpoint, exterior approach, sleeves, pathways and carrier/owner handoff. Coordinate waterproofing, structural interfaces, grounding and the required permissions.
Rooms, risers and distribution
Reconcile telecom rooms, racks, risers, floor routes and connection spaces with existing capacity and access. Field verification may be needed where pathways are concealed, full or unavailable.
Building-system interfaces
Coordinate power, cooling, security, fire-rated penetrations and other mechanical/electrical/fire requirements. Product information and specialist direction must agree with the actual building conditions.
Document the usable path
Maintain pathway, termination and responsibility records. Tenant or equipment service beyond the entrance is expressly scoped rather than assumed complete.

Coordinate and review the work
Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.
Account for project-specific dependencies
Occupied access, concealed routes, fire-rated assemblies and mep interfaces. The proposal separates professional work, outside charges and review dependencies.
Deliver the defined milestone
Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Does the carrier entrance provide service to every occupant?
No. Riser, floor, tenant and unit distribution can be separate work. Define the full endpoint and the party responsible for each connection.
Who approves penetrations and telecom-room changes?
The authorized owner and assigned responsible building professionals address those changes, with applicable agency review and qualified installation.
