Water and sanitary systems
Coordinate fixtures, demand, hot water, sanitary routing, vents and connection information. Include backflow and cross-connection review, interceptors and treatment interfaces where relevant to the use.
Gas and specialized systems
Collect gas loads, equipment requirements and routing constraints for responsible design. Coordinate medical, laboratory, process or other specialized systems with the appropriate professionals and equipment suppliers.
Roof and equipment drainage
Align roof drainage, overflow, condensate, equipment discharge and civil receiving systems. Identify which party designs and accepts each side of the connection.

Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.
Account for project-specific dependencies
Concealed piping, service capacity, equipment selection, treatment requirements and site access for investigation or phased connections.
Deliver the defined milestone
Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Provide the actual equipment requirements and existing-system information. Capacity, discharge, backflow, treatment and connection details need the relevant professional and utility review.
Are process and medical systems ordinary plumbing scope?
They may need specialized design, testing and acceptance. Identify the intended use early so those responsibilities and deliverables are expressly included.
