Field and construction packages
Organize locates and exposure records, trench/bore and aerial packages, cable installation and splice information, power, firestopping, traffic and restoration interfaces. Electrical utility work, railroad protection and marine work remain within authorized specialist processes.
Construction and operating handoff
Track issued versions, questions, changes, inspections and test evidence. Integrate control-system, security, sensing or other specialist requirements without implying that drawing support designs or commissions the operating system.

Does permit support include construction means and methods?
No implied transfer occurs. The agreement identifies documentation services; contractors and assigned specialists retain their field, safety, design and operating responsibilities.
How is overflow or repeat work scoped?
Agree the specific deliverables, source information, review authority, file formats and handoff milestone. New technical design, field investigation or additional submissions are identified as changes when outside that agreement.
