Website content is a general description of services, not a project-specific assessment, proposal, professional seal, permit, approval, or authorization to begin construction. The applicable authorities and required documents depend on the property and proposed work.

Services, deliverables, professional disciplines, fees, third-party costs, review cycles, exclusions, and completion requirements are established in the signed proposal or professional services agreement. Construction services through partners are included only when expressly identified in the agreed scope.

Design completion, professional sealing, submission, plan approval, permit issuance, construction completion, and occupancy or operating authorization are different milestones. We do not guarantee agency approval, a universal turnaround, or outcomes beyond the agreed service obligations.

Use contact channels for legitimate inquiries and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit malicious content or confidential third-party documents through the initial form. Company artwork and source material are not offered as reusable construction or permit documents.
