Select the work and handoff your project needs. The agreement identifies the included deliverables and responsibilities.
Define the physical work
Identify site, structural, enclosure, building-system and specialty packages, their interfaces and exclusions. Record which partner or contractor is responsible for installation, permits, protection, safety and field supervision.
Pricing and procurement
Assemble the controlled drawing set, quantities or schedules where included, bid questions, allowances and alternate proposals. Keep estimates tied to design maturity and written assumptions rather than presenting an unreviewed number as a guaranteed price.
Coordinate the start and handoff
Track owner selections, approved substitutions, long-lead information and readiness dependencies. Construction-phase responses and completion records are included only to the extent stated in the agreement.

Confirm the basis and responsibility
Review the available records, intended endpoint and authority to use the information. Assign missing inputs, technical decisions and the parties who can authorize changes.
Coordinate and review the work
Prepare the included documents from agreed inputs, resolve interfaces with responsible specialists and track revisions. Record external decisions and conditions separately from work prepared for review.
Account for project-specific dependencies
Design maturity, access and phasing, material availability, contractor proposals, changes and unresolved approvals.
Deliver the defined milestone
Provide the controlling documents and remaining-action record. Identify what is accepted, what still requires a decision and what belongs to a separately contracted next stage.

Construction services are available through our construction partners. Your written agreement identifies the contracting parties, work packages and responsibilities.
Does a drawing package establish a fixed construction price?
No. Pricing depends on the defined work, conditions, selections and contractor agreement. Document exclusions, allowances and the effect of later changes.
