Record security, access, work windows, change control and continuity requirements. Coordinate power, cooling, grounding, fire and structural interfaces without assuming authority to change live systems.
Traceable connections and records
Maintain port, cable, pathway and endpoint identifiers and the agreed test/acceptance evidence. Operator configuration and service activation remain with their authorized teams.

Verify the actual physical approaches and internal paths. Separate providers or circuit names do not by themselves establish independent infrastructure.
Where do carrier, operator and tenant responsibilities change?
Define demarcations and responsibilities in the owner’s approved design and agreements, then reflect them consistently in drawings, schedules and acceptance records.
