The agreed handoff can include a responsibility matrix, coordinated inputs, issue log and controlled package. Discipline count, specialist findings, missing data and revision cycles affect fee and timing. Define each outside scope and its cost separately; do not assume every listed provider is included in one fee.

No. Required professional involvement must be established for the work and jurisdiction. A seal cannot replace the responsible professional's required technical work, supervision and accountability.
